Early this morning a tractor trailer carrying garlic flipped over and caught fire. It also spilled fuel over Interstate 70 Eastbound. Haz-Mat was called to clean up the fuel and at 9:45 am traffic from the Interstate which was shut down started to roll through the little town of Monessen. Currently the traffic conditions are bumper-to-bumper. Stations 33, 22, and tanker 23 of Washington County responded and are still at the scene currently. the time is 3:51 pm.
