    No idea HT, but I do understand that Toronto will be hireing soon, I believe I heard Calgary was hiring also

    Calgary is hiring a variety of positions including firefighters, EMTs, police officers and a Communication & Deployment Specialist - Paramedic (the deadline for that job is tomorrow, Aug. 29). The deadline to apply for the EMT positions is September 5th, for the firefighters and police officers December 31st.

    Check in on workopolis.com about once a week or so. Just about any Dept in Ontario that advertises in a major newspaper, it will show up there. You can even have them email you the postings. Oakville is on there right now.
