Any information available on the Fire Prevention Apps?

Last year there was a late application period to make up for the shortfall of apps in the inital application period. Will there be a similar program this year? Were they sufficient apps to cover the required % going to fire prevention programs?

Can't comment on whether there will be a second filing for the low number of applications; however, having been a peer review panelist this year, we did see that there were very few applying for grants in this catagory.

That should make those departments that applied have a better chance of getting funded. Good luck.
