STLFN: Long Lake FD (MADISON Co., IL) on scene of a commercial structure fire (auto parts store) on Pontoon Rd. Mitchell FD responded A/A. Madison FD responded M/A with a Pumper and Aerial Ladder Truck. (STL 835). 8:08p.m.

STLFN: ST. LOUIS, MO: STLFD has a 1st Alarm for a fire in a house at 4419 Cote Brilliante. BC805 reports a vacant building - fully involved and they are using Master Streams in a defensive mode. Fire is under control. PUMPERS: 10, 26, 28, 29, 30, HL 15, BC 805 and 806, SQUAD 2. /STL819. 8:10p.m.

STLFN: ALTON, IL (MADISON COUNTY) Special: Alton FD is working a rescue for a boat that ran into the lock wall at the Alton Lock & Dam on the Mississippi River. There are reported to be 4 injured people on the boat and the boat is taking on water. /STL819. 8:17p.m.

STLFN: ST. LOUIS, MO: Update on STLFD's *1st Alarm* for a fire in a house at 4419 Cote Brilliante. BC 805 reports they have 4 Master Steams operating. /STL819. 8:21p.m.

STLFN: ALTON, IL. (MADISON COUNTY) U/D on Alton FD's Special call for a boat crashing into the lock at Alton Lock & Dam on the Mississippi River. Coroner has been requested for 2 fatalities in the boat. There are 2 injured in the boat. /STL819. 8:26p.m.

STLFN: ST. LOUIS, MO: Update on STLFD's *1st Alarm* house fire at 4419 Cote Brilliante. By orders of BC805 - Strike Out the 1st Alarm. /STL819. 8:28p.m.

STLFN: ALTON, IL. (MADISON COUNTY) Update - Alton FD's Special Duty for a boat crashed into the lock wall at the Alton Dam. There were 6 people on the boat and all have been extricated and taken to shore. They have a large fuel spill in the river. /STL819. 9:16p.m.

-2113hrs - Hay Fire - 4601 W. Kuna Caves Rd (Kuna FD) = E61, 62, WT61, 62, R61, C61 > Have 13,000 tons of hay on fire - extended operations - 1st S/C = E32, WT32, AC31. Units o/s & fire controlled on Sept 26th @ 1232hrs.

-0959hrs - Haz-Mat Alarm - 4623 Willow Ln (Northwest) = E202, 5, HM12, BC1 > Have unk yellow substance left in lunch box at Sports Complex. - 2-hour mitigation time.

-1437hrs - Fatal MVA (Parking Enforcement LODD) - 10th @ Grove (Downtown) = E5, EMS > Have a Boise Parking Enforcement Officer that was struck by auto while doing his rounds - Officer has passed away at hospital.

-1444hrs - W/F - 610 S. Vista (South Boise) = E8, 7, 1, T1, BC1 & 2 > Arsonist lit fire to trash behind Blue Mac's Gentleman's Club - fire has extended to rear & roof of business - 1-stry heavy wood frame (log cabin construction).

-1614hrs - W/F+ - ? # on E. Beacon Light Rd (Eagle FD) = E41, 42, 201, C41 > Have roof fire on out buildings threatening large horse barn. S/C for E51.

-1643hrs - MVA/Ext - EB I-84 @ MP71 (Southeast) = E12, 22, T6, BC1 > Have 1-auto rollover w/ 1-pinned - This MVA is actually @ MP74 in Elmore County - Elmore Co. O/S calling for LF all BFD/EMS unit's returned.
