    Default Shoulder Always Bothers Me After 6 Months

    I hurt my right shoulder about 6 months ago while lifting. Of those 6 months, about 3 of them I stopped lifting completely and I think that would have been plenty of time to heal. Any ideas for alternative lifts or ways to minimize injury? I always ice my shoulder after lifting. Thanks

    I have some experience with shoulder injuries, myself.

    There may be something seriously wrong, or you may just need to do some rehab exercises. In any event, you don't need advice from the forums, you need medical advice from a doctor and/or a physical therapist.
