    Angry I Remember Mine........

I've had several Pink Siamese moments, but the one that almost became a purple hydrant was my major rant about the fire act grants and the politics involved. Which, BTW, have not changed. Stay Safe....

If I may weigh in here folks....

I do believe that the purple hydrant had more do do with being banned unjustly....thus the re-instatement factor....I know, as was stated, that it was almost always awarded in cases were Brothers backed Brothers (sisters too)....

Cap..JB Books or whatever...he stood in the door when Motown88 took the hit, we fought to get him back, and he deserves the a award.

Artie...you got more damn medals than you have chest to hold them. You trying to be one of those "legends"?

Since becoming a member of these forums, I have taken great pride in taking on the controversial issues that show up every day at the job. I have forcefully stated my opinions and positions on the matters that matter most to most of us. I have steadfastly defended the underdog and have hopefully articulated for the dissenters who couldn't put into words their personal disdain and displeasure over an event. I have always pushed it to the limit and on occasion, a little past center. It cost me my writing gig with MembersZone and I have received the obligatory "grow up" memo from the WT.
As I sit here, swelled with pride that I was able to "finesse" the Team with some obscure insults and criticisms; all without being suspended, I still feel empty. When I look at the list; a venerable "who's who" of crusty old jakes, I long to be amongst them. But alas, I am not, for I couldn't bear to be away from my brothers and sisters for even one day. And yet; I am sad. I wish I had a Purple Hydrant. I would gladly give up my congratulatory and personally signed letter from former President Clinton for a Purple Hydrant.
If only there was another way to get a Purple Hydrant.
Congratulations to all of the Purple Hydrant recipients. I am honored to know you; I am humbled by your presence. I salute you all!
    Stay safe above all else.

    Talking Hey Art!!...........

In one of those "Water Supply" threads a while back, I told Jay I would mail him one of my 2,000 GPM+ Hydrants, since he has none. You need a Purple Hydrant? If I can find the paint, I'll fix one up and drop it in the Mail. Stay Safe....

DON'T FALL FOR HARVE'S EMPTY PROMISES!!!!

I never recieved that hydrant, though I need it badly. If I'd bought that thing on eBay, MR. Woods, you would've received NEGATIVE feedback. So there.

Oh by the way WTFD10......the last word in your signature "Braarys" is being used in the incorrect context I think I know what you are trying to say but you are saying it wrong. The word is not used in the context that you are using it.

Right now I can visualize a group of mouse jockey webteam members in a dank dark basement room filled with the stale stench of coffee feverishly chain smoking cigarettes glaring with glazed eyes to the flickering light emanating from their computer screens. The word went out a few hours ago that MOTOWN has again logged into the forums. Since that time fingernails have been chewed off, some lackey was sent for the 5 gallon bucket of Pepto and a trash can filled with Tums and Rolaids. Every post is now looked at in horror as they hit the refresh button again and again to see what level of debauchery I have sunk to this time. Hello webteam long time no see

The smell of fear became evident as they realized he was speaking to them directly! How many terror filled dreams they had had over these many months since he last showed himself? How many times had they been listening to the radio and heard a tune from Motown records and found themselves screaming behind the wheel of their car while other motorists looked on in horror? What is it that he wants from us they ask! How do we rid ourselves of the nightmares and paranoia everytime they see someone with tatoo's and red hair??

    It is simple folks!
