Need to know how many personnel are required to operate a articulated platform truck. we have a 64 FWD 75' Platform trk and need to know basic crew size.

I don't know how long you've had your platform in service but my suggestion would be to take some training time and practice with it in you area, both where you cover and where you might take it on mutual aid. There really isn't a right or wrong answer save for putting too many people on the truck itself. I would start with the maximum it can safely carry and see what that gets you as far as having enough people to operate. I would also hold training sessions with the departments that may call for it mutual aid, maybe not actual operation but setting up and operating safely with your personnel. I know this doesn't really give you the answer you want, but I think the best way to answer it is to figure out how many people YOU think you need to operate the apparatus safely.
