    Question Fire reporting Software

    I would just like to get some information on fire reporting software for my department. Our Department is currently using FirePrograms and with the latest upgrade it has caused us alot of problems. We have lost 4 years of data and so far the company has not given us any good ideas to help out with this problem other than ohhwell..
    If someone has had any good luck with other software please let me know.

    we use firehouse software v 3.0 and are upgrading to v 5.3. We have not had many problems with this program and it holds alot of information that keeps our department organized.( ex. training, personel,apperatus maintance,and more.
