If you contact your local BSA or exploring office they usally got alot info and packets on this event.

The Next National Conference will be in 2005. they are saying it will be held at Texas A&M college, beacuse of the size. the group that has came has more than doubled from 2001. i've only been to one in 2003, but i'v heard other explorers talking about the 2001 conference. at the conference you are tested in different aeras of fire and medical traning. it is a good cance to meet other post and win trophies.

If you can go to the conference, I would. My post went and had a great time. It’s a great learning opportunity and is a lot of fun. Not to mention the road trip down all the way from Michigan had its own memorable moments. I wish I could go again.
