    Default Public Education and terrorism

I heard that on Ohio's state website there is a few FREE online tests you can take about public education and homeland security, you get certified in it and get a certificate, this is a online test and i'm having a problem finding it, Does anyone have a clue about where to find it?

Itís on FEMAís website. It is easy to use, but trying to figure out what forms to send in for the cert is a pain. Some of the independent study classes can be used for college credit.
