The Department of Emergency Medical Services at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital will be hosting a course entitled "Incident Response to Terrorist Bombings."
The is an "awareness level" course designed to increase effectiveness in responding to WMD events involving energetic materials. You should be able to understand the terrorist threat, including potential and likely terrorist targets in your community; be capable of identifying potential explosive materials and explosive devices; and be prepared to employ effective and safe procedures - consistent with your department or agency policies in response to a bombing incident.
Prepared for the United States Department of Justice by New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.
