FF II tests

I am currently taking fire science I and II..I asked my instructor about the state test and he said that he doesn't sign us up or that and that the info can be found on THE state fire marshalls site. I went there and there was the application but it also states that you have to have all the practicals done before you can take THE written test and the paper needs to be signed by THE person doing THE test. My instructor for FS I said that he'll sign on all THE things that I have done for him in our class..how do I get the other portion completed and then how do I get signed up for THE test when I am not affiliated with a FD at this time? Any help would be appreciated.

Not to be an *** or anything but first thing you should do is learn to spell or at least hit spell check.

ROFLMAO..yeah yeah I know. I was going to incorperate into my siggy that "my TEH's are really THE's.."
sometimes I just type too darned fast and don't do a spell check...drived me nuts to see those TEH's
