About LinkBacksLooking for information on programs that allow media to "become" firefighters for a day/weekend/etc. I believe Phoenix had a similar program to give the media and local politicans a hands on / inside look at what it takes to do the jobs required of a firefighter. I am going to be in contact with the CDF PIO about their program but was looking for any others out there. Any info, links, course outlines, etc. greatly appreciated. Thanks all!

The IAFF is doing this type of program at all of its major events now. The last one was at the Redmond Sympossium. Go to the IAFF website and see if there is more information there.
