Does any body know if this week was the last week for
DJ letters to go out. I heard it was but i think that was just a rummor. Can anybody clear this up for me please??

I don't know for a fact but I would say that is a rumor. While there may not be too many Dear Johns left to go out, I would think that there are going to be some applications that will come down to the last round as there was last year.

This is just my opinion and hopefully everything goes in your favor.

Speaking of the last round, when will that be? What will be the total award rounds?

That is hard to tell. As of right now it looks like there is 396 million awarded out of the 750 million. That is a little over half way and they have been announcing every week since around the middle of June. This could go on for some time, however that would be based on the dollar amount on the grants.
