Well I don't know about most people from the northeast, but I was quite surprised waking up to the snow this morning!

I'm hoping for a little more mobility as I recover from a broken kneecap!

Other than that, Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!!!

A bottle of scotch at the front door and a deck of cards at the back door.

asked the chief for new gear, and he had my legs broken!

working outside, unstable footing, went down on my right knee kinda hard. Did a good job breaking the kneecap into a few pieces. I asked the anesthesiologist if I could put in my own LMA right after the happy drugs!

LOL, first time I heard that, was from my LT. He sometimes tells the details or rookies that when they first come into the house... then watches 'em like a hawk for a reaction. I think it's his form of an IQ test. LOL

Ya know, leave it to a damn paramedic to cancel the ambulance and go by POV to the hospital!

Being waited on? Hell no, this is forced domestic time, and more stuff gets done at home now because I CAN'T drive yet. I can't tie my right shoe, but I get around surprisingly well!
