    i hail from illinois. waaaaaay south of chicago and a click or 2 east of st louis, right smack dab in the middle of corn fields and coal mines.

    Thumbs up Am From Illinois Too!

    Am From Ottawa,IL it is baout hour half soouth west of Chicago. Am a member of the Vol. Fire-Rescue in my town, have been for over 12 years.     well of course playboyjackie sounds kinky. it is a kinky name after all. what a silly thing to say. so how is everybody doing today? i have poc training tonight and im so excited. yay for me! we have some burndowns coming up too. too bad the houses were destroying are pretty darn tootin cool. oh well all that rises must converge. w/b

    PS plane connections do not count as visiting a city/state. sorry dear

    Welcome! I am Firefighter from Indiana. I am in Illinois a lot I have family in southwest part of Illinois around Sparta Illinois.I am not for sure where Gurnee is, but welcome to the fire service.I have now been in the service ten years.It seem like yesterday I was in your shoes.Good Luck and if you want to be successful never so training!!!!!!!!!!
