    I would think that it would be considered LODD. I may be wrong, but I believe we are covered from the time the pagers go off until we get back home afterwards.........

    Time of Incident: 1455hrs
    Date of Death: 12/13/2003
    Fire Department Name: Congers Fire Department
    Fire Department Address: 64 Lake Road, Congers, NY 10920
    Fire Department Phone: 845-268-6562

    Fire Department Chief: Phillip Leto
    Cause of Death: Firefighter Wohl was working on the outside of his
    residence near the top of a ladder (hanging holiday decorations) when he
    received a fire alert. While descending from the ladder, he fell and
    received severe head and neck injuries, killing him.
    Calling Hours: Wednesday, December 17, 2003 and Thursday, December 18,
    2003 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. at TJ McGowan Funeral
    Home, 113 Lake Road East, Congers, New York, (845)268-6665. A firematic
    service is scheduled for 8:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
    Funeral Arrangements: A funeral service is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on
    Friday, December 19, 2003, at St. Paul's Church, Lake Road, Congers, New
    York.
