WE are a Volunteer Fire department. I am looking at recerting ALL drivers of our equipment and want to know what you all think about it and how many hours should I make it. I was thinking about 1 hr drivers training for all and have heard that most is 12 hrs per year. Thoughts?

We do a yearly practical driving test, diminishing clearance, alley dock, serpentine and vehicle turnround. Classroom training is DDC one year and EVOC the next.
