    2003 - 357

Busy year for sparking power lines.

We don't run EMS at all.

Vol EMS ran about 1400 calls for 2003.

    - as of Jan 5, 2003 we have run 5 calls. 1 per day.

As of the 5th, we have 5 calls.

    Breakdown:
Call 1) Investigation in 29-1, turned out to be nothing
Call 2) Dumpster in local, small fire but dumpster was red hot

CALL 3) DWELLING IN 8-2, WORKING FIRE IN A 2 STORY DWELLING

Call 4) Dwelling in 8-2, small kitchen fire extinuished upon arrival of 8201
Call 5) MVA in 29-1, recalled before able to respond.

I've made 4 out of 5 calls (1,2,3,5) Call #4 was during school.

Fastest start in a long time, looks like a busy year!
