Resumes for fire chiefs...

Looking for some help from the professionals out there. Anyone have a sample resume for a Chief Administrator or Fire Chief position and are willing to devolve this to me? I have 5 plus years experience as a fire chief in the volunteer ranks and feel I am ready to start applying at some smaller career/combination departments as a fire chief or assistant/deputy fire chief. I also bring 8 plus years experience as a human resource/personnel representative dealing with labor issues, compensation, benefits and recruitment. I know from the HR side I need to develop a real good and sound resume, and hence would love some input for any of you out there. Thanks in advance.
