I am looking for computer software that will maintain preplan data on structures, etc. including entry points, unusual risks, utility locations, etc. It would be advantageous to store digital photo data, floor plans, etc.
Anyone with experience or recommendations? Thanks

to be honest there is a much easier and free solution for all of this. We use google maps. Google sent out cars throughout the whole country and hit almost all streets in the US. you can type in the address of the location you are looking to pre plan and grab the little yellow guy that sits above the zoom in and out and drag him to any road that turns blue and do a walkthrough of your first due are. then you take a screen caption of it and drop it into a dropbox folder that is shared within your department. you can do 360's around buildings and see what hazards are, where utility boxes are, see where closest hydrant is, FDC connections anything you really need is free doing it this way and it has been a huge success at my department.
