1/10/04 Single vehicle MVA. Driver lost control and flipped vehicle. Occupant was pinned in vehicle and was uninjured. E-4,T-1 and Batt-2
1/10/04 Hazerdous Material call. Companies dispatched to a reported fuel oil tank leaking inside a occupied home. Crews arrived and after investigation requested both HAZMAT teams. HAZMAT crews patched tank and contained leak. E-14,9,T-3, HAZMAT's 1,2 and Batt-3.
1/15/04 2 car MVA. Intial report indicated that one subjected had been ejected and 2 were possibly pinned in. Truck company requested for extrication along w/ an additional Engine for manpower.E-3,9,T-1 and Batt-3,@ FCEMS units for transportation.
1/15/04 WB Business 40 A multi-vehicle accident that envolved 2 tractor trailers and a car. The driver of the car blacked out and slammed into the tractor trailer causing the truck driver to vere off the rd and come to rest in a creek only a few feet short of going into a lake. Miraculously no injuries KFD and WSFD units on scene for 9 hrs. No leaks or Hazerdous materials. E-41,Sq-41,Batt-41,HAZMAT's 1 and 2.
