oral interview

Right now, I'm a volunteer firefighter, I do want to become a career firefigter. I have only gone through the one oral interview I had getting on this fire dept. It was given by the veteran firefighters of the dept, which are also career firefighters at other cities. Should I expect similar interviews applying at other cities?

I would think that most oral interviews are usually given along the same lines. It's been a long time since I had one.
