I Need Your Pictures!
I'm doing a class on apparatus placement for motor vehicle crashes. I need pictures of accident scenes, prefer if it shows an overall view of the scene, or at least shows the position of the apparatus to the actual accident. Any other pics of cones set up or anything else would be great too. If you have any that you wouldn't mind me using (good or bad) please email them to email@example.com
I'm not worried if it's considered good or bad placement, kind of need some of both. Thanks in advance.COFire

Contact Ron Moore (He' the moderator for the University of Extricatoin) he did an excellant Powerpoint of vehicle positioning. He may be able to help you out with either pix, ideas or even the presentation....Luke

This is a picture of an MVA/vehicle fire that I responded to. The picture is of a truck from our mutual aid department. It is parked in the right lane of a 2 lane highway. There is another 2 lane highway about 50 feet south of where the truck is. There is a caution light at the intersection.

This is a picture of an MVA that I responded to. The ambulance is positioned in the right lane of a 2 lane highway. The stretcher is inbetween the ambulance and an engine. I am the firefighter at the right side of the picture.

Picture of a country store near my house that burned before I was old enough to join the department. In the picture is our tanker (our name is now Concord). It is positioned in the right lane of US 27 North, which is a major 4 lane highway.

Picture of 2 engines from the Chipola College Fire Academy, Marianna, FL (#1 fire college in the State). This picture was taken at the scene of our live burn that we had to complete during our Firefighter II training. It took place October 2003.
