I posted this on the NY page but I thought maybe a few from NW PA and NE OH might also be customers. I'm just looking for opinions, good or bad.

I have had some (very little) interaction with Dival. They do seem to have many items in stock. I do tend to have more interaction with Lane Fire and Safety. Sorry I couldnt be more help.Shawn M. Cecula

We bought our first thermal imager from them. Dealt with Tony Liberti. No problems at all. When we were demoing cameras he bent over backwards to be accomodating. If I needed it tonight to show the chiefs, and he couldn't get here himself, the camera ALWAYS showed up. Even if he bought a bus ticket for the camera and I picked it up at the terminal. Haven't needed to buy anything else recently, but would have no reservations using them again.Captain/EMT-P
