My department is looking for some kind of software that you can take pic's from around your community like Factories, Churchs, Homes, and Schools or just any thing and put the pics into the program and add fire to the pic and have it increase over time. We want to add this kind of program to our tactical training to improve incindent command and fire tactics on the fire scene.

Fire Studio by Digital Combustion in one program. Its a little $$$ but its a nice program (Only wish I had it)

It's a little cheezy but if you are good with powerpoint, you could time a presentation to do that. The best benefit to this way is It's free!!!
