To me....The death you sometimes see, long hours sometimes,loss of sleep and whatnot...Definately Death of Fellow Firefighters rank up there too

I agree #1 hardest thing is going to a firefighter's funeral. I believe the second hardest thing for me is being injured or unable to perform your job for some reason. There are many things that are hard about being a firefighter, but the reward of satisfaction of helping someone else, and the brotherhood far outweigh the difficulties
