    ok, you need help with training. Do you need training ideas or help with the current training content?

    have you tried looking through the Essentials of Firefighting book. if you don't have one i bet on of the ff will let you borrow one. if you are using one make shure it is the 4th edition ( beacuse it is the most updated version)
