I took an advanced course from Ron Moore, Batt Chief/Fire Training Officer for the McKinney(TX) Fire Department (University of Extrication) a few years ago and he touched on this topic. There is a way to pry out the window and then simply pull it out. Unfortunately, I can't find my resource material this minute that details that procedure. The best source of info would be to contact the man himself. He's the best in the business, period. He can be reached at Rmoore@firehouse.com .
