    Bou,

I am not sure. My Officer 3 is NFPA standard course. Maybe checking with the Cali. Fire Services may be able to help. That is if you guys have such an org. In VA we haver a state agency, Dept. of Fire Programs that regulate the certs.

    Good luck pal.

Question Damn If I Know, But.............

Brett, Good Idea. I don't have a url for the National Board on Fire Service Professional Qualifications, but I'll try to find it for you. All of their Certifications are based on NFPA Standards, where standards exist. It's a pretty comprehensive program that covers all bases for you. I'll post the url when I find it. Stay Safe....

Go to this url and see what you can find. I found it through VA Fire Programs, but didn't get into it.

    Good Luck.

    Thumbs up Thanks, Capt.

That is it. It shows that 19 states (so far) are members of the organization. Only 5, however, are west of the Mississippi, and California is not mentioned. Looks like the Mid-Atlantic is the area with the most coverage.
