    Default FF Memorial Ceremony

Just a reminder of the Illinois Firefighter Memorial Ceremony and Muster on May 13 in Springfield. Visit the OSFM site (http://www.state.il.us/osfm/) for more information.
OSFM is also still looking for pictures of fires and/or training for their musical montage for that day. I suppose you send them into Juli at OSFM. There was a March 15 deadline but she will accept them later from us good guys.

I am planning on attending again this year. Adams County has always showed up in force for the memorial ceremony. Last year we had 7 trucks on display from the county. We always meet somewere and have our own parade on the way over. I would encourage everyone to attend. The ceremony is very moving and something you will remember forever.

I'll have to make plans to go & drag a couple others along. I've heard a lot about it but haven't been able to get away. Might see you there.

"below Carbondale" doesn't tell me much - there's a long way between Carbondale and Cairo. Send me a PM if you don't want everybody else to know.

I will be attending along with my chief. We will possibly be bringing our engine, with the trustees approval. Anyone going from this area with trucks?
