I use to live in Kingston, Ontario. Thee was a restaurant/bar that was housed in an old firehall. It was named "The Firehall Restaurant."
There was a strictly enforced rule about not sliding down the pole...but I won't bore you with that story.

I've heard about a bar called the Halligan Bar in Detroit that is a DFD hangout.Never Forget 9-11-01!!!!!!
There wasn't just 343, the other 73 rescue workers deserve to be remembered too!!!!

The Sierra Madre Brewing Company (restaurant and bar with on-site microbrew) is owned by one of our BCs and the boyfriend of one of our FFs (female FF, that is, before anyone makes any comments ), so it's a fairly popular on-duty (for food) and off-duty (for other-than-food) place to go. We also have a bar just a few doors down from the firehouse that's owned by a semi-retired LAPD SWAT officer that's popular.Chris Gaylord
