Why does it matter how many times this has been discussed or when it was discussed, CTFD52 wants to talk about it now, so if you don't want to talk about it then don't respond. Read something else!
As to what I carry:
Door wedges
webbing with loops sewn into it
extra flash light(used to be on my helmet but the cheap bracket broke)
reference guide(similar to the ems guides, but for firefighting ...although not much help as an incident is unfolding)
Smokes and Lighter in a latex glove
Map of city with notes that I have added
Pocket knife
Still need good pliers/cutters....Any suggestions?Marc S.

for Hobbit
I carry a pair of Lineman's pliers and a medium pair of vice grips
Cleverly disguised as a responsible adult.
Anything found in my posts is soley my opinion and not representative of any other individual or entity.
You know that thing inside your helmet? Use it wisely and you'll be just fine.

Pretty soon we are going to run out of topics to discuss. Soon enough people won't have to post; they can just do a search and find the information they want... Oh well I guess none of us will have to post ever again... Bye

It's not about whether someone wants to talk about it anymore. The point is that this has been posted on many times. A good portion of the members have already posted on this subject, so now that it is posted again, many are not going to post because they already did it before. It actually benefits people to do a quick search and see what others have posted because there will be many more responses on the topic in the previous threads. Then you can continue it all in one thread instaed of starting a new one on the very same topic.Originally posted by Hobbitt
