1871 - Boston - MA - South Boston - Suffolk Glass Works burn

1873 - Raymond - NH - Freight engine causes fire that destroys a fairly new bridge just east of village

1880 - Keene - NH - Clarke's Block on the square at Washington Street destroyed by fire - Mut/Aid from Fitchburg

1896 - Littleton - NH - Oak Hill House (Resort Hotel) burned down 3.5 Story Wood Frame L shaped with room for 175 guests

1982 - Somerville - MA - HazMat - Railroad accident with massive leak of toxic fumes - Thousands evacuated

1990 - Lancaster - NH - US Rte 2 - 2.5 Story Wood Frame house destroyed by fire - 70 firefighters fought this fire with Mutual Aid from Whitefield, Northumberland (Groveton), and Jefferson

1995 - Pittsfield - NH - 5th Alarm - Suncook Leathers - 4 story brick 60x600 tannery building destroyed by fire - On banks of the Suncook River for 168 years, 200 firefighters from 22 towns - 700 residents from 8 block downtown residential section evacuated for 36 hours, including 400 residents of elderly housing

1999 - Derry - NH - 2nd Alarm - 95 Goodhue Rd - 1.5 Story Occupied Single Family Dwelling - Hazards in the basement - East Derry FD, Windham and Auburn Mutual Aid Response - 2 civilians transported

2000 - East Hartford - CT - 3rd Alarm - 118 Governor St - Large 2.5 Story Wood Frame - Fire thru roof
