My name is Robert Rabenau and I am a Captain on the first American civilian Fire Department in Iraq. Baghdad to be exact. We support the Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA). We provide fire protection to approximately 12 square miles which is known as the “Green Zone”. We provide fire and emergency services for a large number of military personnel and civilian contractors. The reason I am writing this is I have been tasked to find and implement a heat warning system. I, to be honest have no knowledge of this subject, for goodness sakes I am a fireman I like it hot. But the temperature gets on a regular basis around 140 degrees Fahrenheit. I am not sure if you can help or not any information you could assist me with would be very helpful. I can b e emailed at

Thanks
