Too funny, but sad at the same time. I found this in the Toronto Sun Editorial pages........ and it speaks volumes about our government - sadly.

RE CSIS (Cow Sniffing Intelligence System): Is it just me, or does anyone else find it amazing that our government can track a cow born in Canada almost three years ago, right to the stall where she sleeps in the state of Washington? They can also track her calves to their stalls! Meanwhile, the Canadian government is unable to locate illegal aliens wandering around our country. The solution is obvious: Give every illegal alien a cow!
