Tichigan, WI
Marsh Fire


At around 1230 hrs, Tichigan Fire was dispatch to the 5600 blk of Marsh Rd for a report of a marsh fire.Command called in for mutual aid from Waterford, Rochester. The fire started in about a 3 acres area of marsh land and quickly spread with very high wind's that made fire attack hard to fight. Mutual aid from other dept's arrived on scene with tanker, ATV'S or ARGO- muti-terrain vechicles which help fight fire's or transport firefighter's from one area to another. Several firefighter's were on scene; 110 +. Rehab was called per command.
