    Default FirehouseMail Spam

    Has anybody noticed a recent influx of spam through firehousemail? I have been getting all sorts of weird things in my email. I have also noticed that also in the "To" line was a bunch of other firehousemail addresses. Just curious if anyone else has been getting a bunch of crap.

    I dont know about you but I got a love letter from
    firenresq77 with a few pictures of his "mini-me".

    Oh, and Adze was trying to sell me some brown paper
    bags too.

    Yes, I have and I tried to use that "options" thing where you type in the word or words you want it to recognize and it's still ugly.

    Most of that crap isn't spam, but the various versions of the netsky virus. Note the message size; all about 41 or 42 kb's. Careful on what you open...

    Angry Recent??

    I've been getting spammed for the past several 6-8 months. After searching the not not so helpful help, I decided to just ignore the account all together and hope FH will cancel it.

    A lot of mine is spam also, but not half as much as my AOL account!

    I have one e-mail address (firehousemail one) that I use when I need an online contact, and one I only give to friends or non-spam generating websites. I don't use my aol anymore for anything, and I still clean out over 400 messages a week. My spouse uses the aol, so I still have it, but I should just cancel the account.
