The only ones I have direct experience with are the FF IIIs. That's what our department issues us, and I have to say, they're probably the most comfortable steel-toe boots I've ever worn. Good padding (a bit hot in warmer weather though) and wear well. The toe-protector helps keep them from getting too scuffed, and though they don't take a very high shine, they stay looking good with a little care.

Only thing I don't like is that the eyelets are spaced rather far out to the sides of the tongue, which means the zipper insert doesn't overlap with the eyelets but rather sits between them. I think it looks better with an overlap personally. Also wish they had a pull-strap at the back, but that's a minor thing.
