We're getting ready to purchase several Incident Command kits with our FEMA grant funds. I'm considering several different products, but there's one in particular that I'm wondering if anyone has used. It's called "The Command Board" is from a company called "Command Concepts" www.thecommandboard.com

My department has used ICS for several years to varying degrees, but I want to develop it to the point that it's standard procedure on all incidents that need it. I'm also just getting off the ground in partnership with other county and city agency heads - as well as schools - in our county to develop some level of standardization on how we together manage multi-agency incidents. In essence, that's why we're considering this particular company's products.
