Default Log in to your app!!!

Something I detect that people don't know to do is to log in to your app frequently during the awarding period. My understanding these first years--and others correct me if I'm wrong--is that the questions and the 1199a come in no particular sequence or timing. The two I got last year were totally different; one got both items the same day, the other got the e-mail first & didn't get the 1199a link for some weeks.

My point is, you MUST log in to your app every so often and check that drop-down menu to see if the 1199a thing is there. Checking your e-mail may not get you the earliest info!

    Good luck to everybody!

The app was our first clue in 2003.

I was talking on the phone to another of our officers while I logged on and was literaly struck speechless when I saw the 1199A link.

The e-mail was several days behind the link.

Good Advice..... I've been checking my app every day. Today...kaboom there's the 1199a link, but haven't received an email yet. Filled out the link and now just crossing my fingers!

I checked mine, and nothing. BUT, I checked the past two years (successfull both), and the 1199a only showed up the first year. The other year was 1) manage grant; 2) view award package; and 3) grant/revoke access

Which, leads me to wonder if that will help for others who have been successfull before???

It has been reported elsewhere that those who have been awarded previously will not have the 1199a link, since they have an 1199a on file. The notification on those recipients will be just the e-mail.
