    Default Hello everybody!

Hi, my name is Mark and I'm a 23 year old student in Fire Science Technology. I start my training to become a paramedic in the Fall (I can't wait) I have a few questions and I would appreciate if someone can give me some answers
I was told that it is a must to take an Anatomy course before I go into paramedic 1. I was told by someone else that I really don't need to take Anatomy because all the basics are covered in the EMT Basic course. What are your opinions on this ?
I would like to one day work as a paramedic with the Chicago Fire Department. Would I still need to take the physical test that firefighters have to take ?

    Welcome Aboard Man..

As for your question I can't answer it because I know during our Paramedics courses in this area the Anatomy Is all covered
If someone with multiple personalities threatens to kill himself, is it considered a hostage situation?
