Question Stan Needs Help for Argumentive English Paper

    Hey folks........

Working on my associates degree and have to write an argumentive paper using pros and cons.

Since all I know is firefighting (hehehehe)I am writing on the use of master streams for initial attack both in offensive mode and defensive mode. I have a list of Pros and Cons already, just need to research some articles that I can reference. I know there is an article in this months edition of Firehouse Mag and I found one in the archives on FH.com that Hashagan wrote earlier this year or late last year.

Anyone have any links to other articles? Or if you have any you want to cut and paste into a response that is also good as long as all the information is there on the author and source.

    Thanks

Talking from one student to another

Good luck Stan. I had to write an argumentative paper in one of my last classes. As much research as I do, if I come across anything, I'll post it here for you.

    Hey Capt...

How about this for references, contact the library at the Fire Academy and they will send you reprints of articles from magazines and even copies of some papers written by students on your topic.

I am at work so I don't have the 800 number to the library but I have called them in the past when I was researching things and they were very helpful.

    Cap,
Here are a couple of interesting research pieces from firetactics. I don't know if it's exactly the type of info you're looking for, but if you check it out, you may link something useful. Good luck

Thanks for the input....Had not thought of the NFA Library. Using Brunacini's new book as a source also.

I'd love to help you Stan, but I don't know how to be argumentative.
