I live an 45 minutes from New Orleans, just south of Baton Rouge, and haven't heard a thing about it. Where? When? What? Website link?

Go to the International Association of Fire Chief's Website. www.iafc.org I think.
You can see a lot about it there. But cellblock???? How will they let you "out" to attend?
