I think a swap site would be a good idea.

And I'd participate...except that it's a chore and a half to get shirts in my departments. At my paid gig, the officer in charge of personal equipment issue is better known as the "Gear Nazi."

a website isnt too bad weve got a guy on our dept that has his own printing shop so weve kinda got the benefit of both worlds. If someone were to make a website for swapping shirts it would be more than an awesome idea. ive seen a few for patches but none for shirts.
