    Default Volunteering in AZ

    I will be moving to Arizona soon and would like to hear from some of the AZ volunteers. I am mainly interested in training requirements. I have been a volunteer FF for the past 7 years and I really don't want to give it up. Please email me at Jeff1622FF@aol.com.

    Depends on where you are moving to.
    Most of the big metro areas (Phx and Tucson) dont have any volunteer opportunities that I know of.
    There are some paid call or pairt time departments near metro areas, but I think they all require FF1 and FF2 certs.
    But if you are moving to some of the smaller, outlying areas, there may be some opportunity.
