when i graduate high school i want to go on and be a paid firefighter what nessecary background do i need to join do i need to go to college and get a degree frist or what am i going to need???

Some places require college credits and some don't. I would go to school and keep your ear to the ground about tests. College is also important if you want to eventually move up the chain of command. Good Luck with everything.
