Hi, we are a small rural department and our new hires go through a CDL physical which is pretty inadequate, in my opinion. Having worked for a department that used Phoenix Fire for their initial physical, the CDL physical is way below and I mean WAY BELOW the Phx physical.
What I'm looking for is a "standard" for FF physicals. What is "typically" done for a new hire and then what is done yearly.
What about FF's over 40 anything different or is that age too high?
thanks for your help.
