Can anyone direct me to where I can find a current (2004)NAERG. I looked at firebooks.com, found the niosh book and could not find the 2004 NAERG. Also are there any other refrence books that you would recomend.

Thanks Adze, I think I saw someone with the 2004 issue, I will have to track them down.

It should be coming out this fall?

I just did a search for "2004 NAERG" on Google and I saw some places you can preorder it.

DON'T YOU DARE PAY FOR IT!!!

That book is provided FREE to first responders. Go to the DOT website and look for the State Coordinators for Public Emergency Response Organizations.

I think they said you get up 10 copies. But you generally have to pick them up.

    edited to add:

P.S. You can download the whole book in .pdf which is kinda handy for training. Not real practical for on-scene use, unless you have a nice lap-top in your first-due piece.

Or you could just do what everyone else does...

wait until your FD receives their boxload of books and swipe one...

I allways love it how something that is a 2004 model either comes out in 2003 or closer to 2005
