Need help for explorer training

Hey my name is Bryan and i am in need of help for training of explorers. If anyone has any ideas for training or web sites that have info that would be great.

What exactly can your explorers do? Are they entry level FF's or do they do ground support?
Look at what they are allowed to do and start from there. We have an very good explorer post and they are a huge help on a scene because they stage equipment, change bottles, etc.
Go over the equipment and trucks. Make sure they know what it is, what it's used for and where it's kept. Train on how, and where, to set up a staging area.
